Wanda Brondum Rigaud

Wanda Brondum Rigaud entered into eternal rest on October 2, 2023. Beloved wife of Stephen Rigaud, Jr. for 49 years. Mother of Melissa Victoriano, Stephen Rigaud, III (Brandi), and Diane Ballard (Mike). Grandmother of Hailey V. Jackson (Dillon), Bryce Victoriano, Brileigh Rigaud, Braelin Rigaud, Carter Rigaud, Creedon Rigaud, and Jordan Rigaud. Daughter of the late Bernard Brondum and Rose Abadie Brondum. Sister of Bernard Brondum, Jr., Frank Brondum, Sr., Roy Brondum (Karen), and Raymond Brondum. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and her lifelong friend/sister of 52 years and caregiver, Patricia Badeaux. Special thanks to the Pastor George, David, and Stephanie McClain of Hosanna Church, staff of St. Joseph Hospice, the Benson Cancer Center, and oncologist Dr. Mizrahi and staff. Age 71 years, a native of New Orleans, raised in River Ridge, and resident of Marrero, LA. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all.

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at Hosanna Church, 2215 Barataria Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 9:30 AM until funeral service time at 11 AM. Interment Restlawn Park Cemetery, Avondale, LA. Mothe Funeral Homes handled arrangements.
