Velma Josie Falgout Lemaire Harris

Velma Josie Falgout LeMaire Harris was born on March 20, 1935 and passed away on September 2, 2014 at the age of 79 years. Beloved wife of Victor M. Harris by second marriage and the late Wilbert LeMaire by first marriage. Mother of Marlene (Jose), James (Sheila), Cindy (Bobby), Michael (Sheila), the late Wilbert Jr. and Aaron Paul. Survived by seven step-children. Grandmother of Tina, Theresa, Joseph, Horace, Stephanie, Keith, Colby, Kisa, Stacey, Eric, Cheri, Cameron, Shawn, Shane, Aaron Paul, Derek, Bradley, Candace, Kristina, Michael Blaine Jr., along with 30 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Sister of the late Helen Cognevich, Ashley Falgout, Willard Falgout Jr., Judy Thibodeaux, Betty Wolf and Danny Falgout. Daughter of the late Willard J. and Thelma Dragon Falgout.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 28698 Highway 23 in Port Sulphur, LA on Monday, September 8, 2014 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow. Interment to take place in the Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church.
