Boudreaux and Rita G. Bruce Boudreaux. Mother of Robert A. Billiot and Kelly B. Billiot. Grandmother of Jason Joseph Billiot and Kaila Ann Billiot. Valerie was born in New Orleans, LA and was a resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Monday, March 5, 2012 from 9AM until 1PM.
