In Loving Memory of Trần Văn Thơ, a Devoted Brother and Loving Father.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Trần Văn Thơ, who left this world at the age of 59. 

Thơ Trần was a man of unwavering dedication and relentless work ethic. Throughout his life, he poured his heart and soul into everything he did, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. His commitment to his family was truly remarkable.

Thơ is preceded in death by his loving parents, Xep Tran and Ngoi Tran; and his beloved brother Dat Tran and sister Tam Tran. He is survived by his children Nina Nguyen, Tyler Tran, and Alex Tran; and his brothers and sisters Lan, Lien (Sau), Son (Huong), Do (Linh), Trinh (Timothy), Thanh, Dung (Lam), and Truong (Thanh). 

As a father, he was a pillar of strength and a constant source of motivation. He cherished his role as a parent, always striving to provide for his children and instill in them the values of hard work, integrity, and kindness. His wisdom, guidance, and unwavering presence will be carried on in his children.

In his life, Thơ Trần was known for his tireless work ethic and unmatched determination. He approached every task with passion and diligence. His dedication inspired those around him, earning him the respect and admiration of all those around him.

Thơ was a man of many passions and interests. He found joy in simple pleasures, whether it was spending time with his family, or sharing stories with friends over a cup of coffee. His presence illuminated the lives of all who knew him.

Thơ Trần leaves behind a legacy of love, fortitude, and resilience that will transcend the passage of time. Though we mourn his departure deeply, we find solace in the cherished memories we shared and the invaluable lessons he imparted. May his spirit continue to dwell in the hearts of those who held him dear, and may he find eternal peace in the embrace of the divine.

Family and friends are invited to gather at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Friday, March 15 from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM with Mass at 5:00 PM and Saturday, March 16 from 7AM until 9:30AM followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 AM at Assumption of Mary Catholic Church, 172 Andre Dung Lac Drive, Avondale, Louisiana. Thơ Trần will be laid to rest at Restlawn Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, Avondale, LA . A luncheon celebrating Thơ's life will be held after the Mass. Location to be announced. 

Forever remembered, forever cherished, forever loved. Rest in paradise.
