Theresa Marie Dempster Wiseman entered into eternal rest on January 16, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Clarence “Flop” Wiseman, Sr. Mother of Clarence Wiseman, Jr., Tessie Wiseman (Darren Thibodeaux), Melinda Haydel (Gregory), Tina Perrin (Roland Melancon), Sandy Rivere (Darren), and Paula Rojas (Brennan). Mother in law of the late Lawrence Perrin, Sr. and Glen Otero, Sr. Grandmother of Shannon Melford (Joshua), Karl Belsome, Jr., Megan Snow (Brandon), Morgan White (James), Sheena Lopez (Tyler), Gregory Haydel (Scotti), Lawrence Perrin, Jr. (Lindsey), Chaz Perrin (Erica), Glen Otero, Jr. (Jenna), Dusty Otero (Heather), Rusty Otero (Mandy), Darren Rivere, Jr. (Skye), Dylan Rivere, Brandon Rojas, Lindsay Gautreau (Tray), and Lily Rojas. Great-grandmother of Caleb, Caroline, Corynne, Giuliana, Bennett, Jace, Kadynce, Ellie, Greyson, Charli, Beaux, Sloan, Dakota, David, Abby, Autumn, Dawson, Cole, Rusty Jr., Malia, Malli, Ian, Remi, Tucker, Max, Madelyn, Kenzie, Averie, and late Emma Marie. Daughter of the late Dieudonne Dempster and Victorine Rome Dempster. Sister of Dieudonne Dempster, Jr., Raymond Dempster (late Rusty), Marie Matherne (late Thomas Sr.), Jerry Dempster (Cheryl), and the late Hazel, Andrew, Odile, Harry, Pershon, Bertha, Verna, Horace, Dorothy, Mary Jane, and Maude. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews, as well as her grand-puppy Noodles. Age 81 years, a native of Wallace, LA and resident of Barataria, LA. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, the life of the party and loved by all. She was well known for her humor and quick wit. She will be forever missed by all.

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 5 PM until 10 PM. Visitation will resume at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Lafitte, LA on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 9 AM until Funeral Mass time at 12 Noon. Interment St. Pius X Mausoleum, Crown Point, LA.
