Ted G. Keller Sr. passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was a devout Catholic, a man of unwavering faith, and a pillar of strength who always put his family first. Ted was an amazing man whose love, guidance, and generosity touched everyone who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy W. Keller Sr., and mother, Beverly Bourgeois Keller. He is survived by his brother Roy W. Keller Jr. and sister Karen Reynolds
He was the beloved husband of Denise Keller for more than 48 years, and had he been given just a little more time, February 26, 2026, would have marked their 49th anniversary. He lived his life for her, and the love they shared was truly extraordinary, an enduring bond that illuminated every chapter of their lives together.
He was a devoted father to his sons Ted G. Keller Jr. (Emily Keller) and Brad Keller (Anna Keller). Ted adored his five grandchildren: Logan, Brianna, Cameron, Tabitha, and Delaney, who were the light of his life. He raised his sons in St. Charles Parish; in a community he cherished and proudly called home.
He began his career alongside his father, Roy, at New Orleans Armature Works, where he learned the value of hard work and doing the job right. He later retired as VP/COO of Scott Armature, having built a customer focused operation and mentored countless top tier mechanic-winders who shared his commitment to excellence. Ted deeply valued his customers and colleagues.
The family would like to express our gratitude and thanks to Compassus Hospice and Jackie and Ieatha for all their loving care.
