Thelma Ann Bell LeBlanc

Thelma Ann LeBlanc, born in Marrero, LA on February 11, 1958, and entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 12, 2025, at the age of 67. Mrs. LeBlanc lived in Marrero, LA.

Thelma was the beloved wife of 30 years to the late Randall LeBlanc. She is the daughter of the late Austin Dwayne Bell and the late Thelma Ruby Bourgeois Bell. Loving mother to Jonathan Bell and Dale Davenport. Loving grandmother of Scarlet Bell, Hayden Davenport, Levi & Audriel Spellman and Mikkayla & Angelika Vanegdom. She was the loving sister to the late Billy Bell.

She attended John Ehret High School, married and was a devoted mother to her children. Later in life she worked was a security guard from which she retired. She enjoyed visiting Land-O-Pines Campgrounds with her family but most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren there and riding in her golfcart feeding the animals.

Her graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 11:00 am at Restlawn Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, 3540 US-90, Avondale, LA.
