Stanley O. "Lefty" Wilcox

Stanley O. “Lefty” Wilcox passed away on April 10, 2014 at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Marion Whittington Wilcox. Father of Wendy Wilcox Schelin (husband Trent). Grandfather of Stephanie Schelin Conner (husband Ben) and Sallie Schelin Tetzlaff (husband Larry). Great-grandfather of Landry Lynne Conner. Brother of Joan Holt, the late Yvonne Nunez, Mary Ann Joiner, John Wilcox, Rita Callhover and Margaret Isbell. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Lefty served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II aboard the U.S.S. San Jacinto and later retired from Chevron/Oak Point Plant.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Monday, April 14, 2014 from 9 AM to 11 AM. A Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
