Stacey Lynn Phelan, beloved daughter of John G. Phelan, Jr. and Jean Laplace Phelan, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016, at the age of 44. She is also survived by her brother, John E. Phelan; sister and brother-in-law, Natalie P. and Todd A. Schliem; brother and sister-in-law, Matthew J. and Tisha D. Phelan; nieces Grace, Julie, Maggie and Sophia; and nephews Jacob and Matthew. A private burial service was held on Friday, January 22, 2016.
