Shirley Mac Vaugh Babesh, born in Philadelphia, PA on March 3, 1947 and entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the age of 79. Mrs. Babesh lived in Gretna, LA.

Beloved wife of James Francis Babesh Sr. Mother of James Jr. (Karen), Andrew and Curtis Babesh. Grand mother of Jordan LeViere, Tyler Babesh, Taylor Babesh (Heather), Jared Babesh (Sophia), Gavin Babesh, Rory Babesh, Janell Babesh, Kayleigh Kerner, Alyssa Kerner Abney (Sean), Madison Kerner, Leah Lerner and Layla Kerner. Great Grandmother to Maddie Donaldson. Daughter of the late William E. Mac Vaugh Sr. and the late Marjorie Louise Jordan Babesh. Sister of Elizabeth "Betty" L. Meyers and William E. Mac Vaugh Jr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She worked at Sally's Beauty Salon for many years and retired as assistant manager. She enjoyed crocheting hats and slipper for people and crafts. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with family.
