Sheron Mamolo Templet, a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on October 12, 1947, Sheron filled her years with love, laughter, and an unwavering dedication to family and friends.
Sheron was the beloved wife of the late Russell E. Templet, sharing 42 wonderful years together, bound by love and companionship. She was the daughter of Beatrice Alexie Mamolo and Anthony Mamolo, and was predeceased by her siblings, Anthony Mamolo, Michael Mamolo, and Kenny Mamolo, leaving behind treasured memories of joy and affection.
Sheron took immense pride in her family. She is survived by her son, Gary (Jude) Klibert Jr., as well as her step-children, Debra Templet Jordan, Rusty D. Templet (Regina), and Ricky J. Templet (Christine). Her grandchildren, Elizabeth Royal, Reese Templet, Ryan Templet, and Abby Templet, alongside her great-grandchild, Bronson Grant, were sources of great joy in her life. Sheron also leaves behind cherished siblings Gail Boudreaux and Renee Deleon, as well as a dear sister-in-law, Debbie Mamolo.
A woman of many passions, Sheron was known for her love of cooking and her vibrant spirit that shone brightly on the dance floor. Whether she was preparing a meal for her family or dancing with friends, her warmth and enthusiasm left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Additionally, her love for her dogs brought joy and comfort to her life.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Sheron’s life at a visitation on July 10, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church in Terrytown, Louisiana. This will be followed by a Mass at 11:00 AM and an interment at Westlawn Memorial Park at 12:30 PM, where friends and family will gather to honor her memory and the beautiful legacy she has left behind.
Sheron Mamolo Templet will be remembered for her loving nature, strong family values, and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her. Her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her loved ones, who will carry forward her traditions of love and kindness.
