Sharon Culpepper Beau

Sharon Culpepper Beau was called Home to her Lord and Savior on April 1, 2017 at the age of 56 years. Beloved wife of Marvin J. Beau Sr. Mother of the late Marvin J. Beau Jr. Grandmother of Joshua, Javonte “Newsky”, Markeille and Mylashia. Great-grandmother of Macelynn. Sister of Maureen Black (Danny), Jackie Motte (George), Sue Schultz (Jim), Phyllis Beau (the late Billy), Edward Barousse, David Barousse and the late Frankie Culpepper. Daughter of the late Frank and Gertrude Billiot Culpepper. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.

Sharon was a loving and devout wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was a “mom” to so many children in the neighborhood and she loved to share her Christian values and ideals with our youth. She never met a stranger and will be sadly missed. She was a talented craftsman and loved to make crafts. There was not a holiday that rolled around that Aunt Sharon didn’t have a handmade craft for the ones that she loved.

Memorial Services will be held at Harvest Time Fellowship Church, 3401 8th Street, Harvey, LA on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. Family and friends may gather from 5 PM to 6 PM, followed by service.
