Seth David Chedville, born on January 28, 2005, was a remarkable individual whose life was tragically cut short on January 15, 2024. He was only 18 years old when he was taken from us in an unexpected act of violence. Seth's untimely passing has left a void in the hearts of all who knew him.

From a young age, Seth displayed an entrepreneurial spirit that would shape his future endeavors. During his high school years at Jeanfreau's Ace Hardware and Stonebridge Golf Course, he embarked on his career by immersing himself in various pursuits. Seth's drive and ambition were unmatched as he ventured into side jobs such as lawn care, car detailing, and holiday light installation. It was evident that Seth possessed an insatiable thirst for success and a desire to make a meaningful impact wherever he went.

Seth's journey ultimately led him to Couvillion Group, where he served as a skilled Rigger. His dedication, versatility, and remarkable abilities left an indelible mark on both his colleagues and the industry as a whole. Seth's work ethic and determination set him apart, making him an invaluable asset to his team.

Beyond his professional achievements, Seth will be remembered for the unforgettable memories he created with those closest to him. Traveling to numerous places became an opportunity for Seth to form lasting bonds and cherish every moment shared together. Whether it was experiencing new cultures or simply enjoying the company of loved ones, Seth embraced life to the fullest.

One could not overlook Seth's magnetic personality that brightened any room he entered. With no fear of what lay ahead, he approached every situation with unwavering confidence and a contagious smile that brought joy to all around him. It is no wonder that everyone who crossed paths with Seth developed an undeniable fondness for his effervescent spirit.

Outside of his professional and personal pursuits, Seth had a passion for extreme sports. Riding his bike and learning new tricks provided an outlet for him to challenge himself and push beyond perceived limits. It was through these adrenaline-fueled moments that Seth found exhilaration and a sense of liberation.

Seth's passing leaves behind a shattered community and a network of family and friends who are grappling with profound grief. He will forever be cherished by his parents, Shannon and Shane Chedville, along with his brother, Tyler Chedville. Seth was also deeply loved by his grandparents Kurt and Pam Kleinpeter, Larry (deceased) and Barbara Chedville. His great-grandparents Ann Abretski, Jim and Lou McDonald, Al and Gloria Kleinpeter, as well as Harry and Florence Bass held a special place in Seth's heart.

In addition to his immediate family, Seth leaves behind a host of extended family members who were touched by his presence. Kurt Jr. & Mindy Kleinpeter (Harper),  Andrew, Rebecca Kleinpeter ( Emma & Noah), Darren & Wendy Ott (Page & Salem) Jay & Lori Chedville (Lee & Brice) reiterate the profound impact Seth had on countless lives.  Seth leaves behind an endless of amount of life-long friends as well as all the friends that he has grown to love in his Bike Life community and each and everyone else that had the honor of having him in their lives.

To honor Seth David Chedville's life, services will be held on January 22nd, 2024 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 8968 LA-23, in Belle Chasse. The visitation will begin at 10:30 AM and continue until 1 PM. A prayer service will follow at 1 PM to 1:30 PM.  Immediately following the service, A Celebration of Seth's life will be held at the Belle Chasse Auditorium, 8398 Hwy. 23, in Belle Chasse from 2pm-6pm.

Seth may have departed this world far too soon, but his legacy will endure in the hearts of all those he touched. His passion for life and unwavering determination serve as an inspiration for us all to live each day to its fullest.

May we find solace in the memories we shared with Seth David Chedville – a son, brother, grandson, and friend who left an indelible mark on our lives. As we mourn his passing, let us celebrate the vibrant spirit that will forever be etched in our hearts.
