Ronald "Ronnie" Gremillion Sr.

Ronald “Ronnie” Gremillion Sr. passed away peacefully on February 12, 2023 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of 59 years to Peggy Campbell Gremillion. Loving father of Angela Gremillion Pinson (John “Tiger”), Krista Gremillion Romero, and Ronald “Rocky” Gremillion Jr. (Angie). Grandfather of Joshua English (Nikki), Tabitha English, Kayla Johnson (Richard), Alexa Hernandez, Makenna Gremillion, Olivia
Ernest (Myron), Zane Gremillion, and Mia Romero. Great-grandfather of Cecelia Ernest. Brother of Elaine Boatwright (the late Jimmy), the late Janelle Hammick (the late Fred), and the late Jerry Gremillion (Jessie). Son of the late Hallie White Gremillion and Louis F. Gremillion. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ronnie was a native of Pineville, LA and was a longtime resident of the Westbank. He served his country in the U.S. Army and later worked as a gauger for Texaco. He also worked as Dealer Trade Driver for Honda. Ronnie was a member of Heritage Bible Church in Terrytown and was an avid fisherman and New Orleans Saints and L.S.U. football fan. He will be sadly missed.
Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 9am to 11am. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Restlawn Park Cemetery, Avondale, LA
