Ronald J. Dupre Sr.

Ronald Joseph Dupre, Sr., a resident of Marrero, on May 16, 2026, passed away peacefully at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Brenda Fabregas Dupre. Loving father of Ronald Dupre, Jr.(Mary) and Christine Dupre Bass (Kevin). Grandfather of Paige and Hope Bass. Great grandfather of Levi Baker.

Son of the late Freddie and Rose Dupre. Brother of Marvin Dupre (Peggy) and Brian Dupre (Shelley).

Ronald graduated from West Jefferson High School and served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 222. He worked at Southern Pacific Railroad for over 40 years

Visitation will be 9am -11am on Saturday, May 23. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass in the Chapel at Mothe Funeral home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA at 11am. Family and friends can sign the online guest book at www.mothefunerals.com
