Rita Gulizo Palermo entered into eternal rest on April 15, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Ciro Joseph Palermo. Mother of Mark Palermo, Matthew Palermo, and the late Mike Palermo. Grandmother of Jonathan Palermo (Daina), Shannon Palermo, Jay Palermo (Daryin), and Nikki Palermo. Great-grandmother of Isabella Palermo. Daughter of Russell and Josephine Liccardi Gulizo. Sister of Dominick “Sonny” Gulizo (Jacqueline) and the late Anthony "Jay" Gulizo. Age 89 years, a lifelong resident of Marrero, LA.

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 11 AM. Interment private. Visitation will be held from 9 AM until mass time.
