Richard John Scesny

Richard John Scesny passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017 at the age of 78. Beloved son of the late Nellie Lewis and John Joseph Scesny. Brother of Nellie Lambert and the late James Scesny. Brother-in-law of Karen Scesny. Uncle of Pamela Kerby, Ricky Kerby (Luci), and James Scesny, Jr. Great Uncle of Christopher Kerby, Victoria Kerby, Kelsey, Joseph, and Nicholas. He was a native of Wyandotte, Michigan. He retired from the United States Navy after 30 years of service and also from Tulane University Medical Center. He was a member of Ames Baptist Church. Relatives and friends of the Family, also members of Ames Baptist Church are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 7pm.
