Richard Paul Banquer

Richard Paul Banquer passed away peacefully on December 10, 2017 at the age of 66 years. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dianne Thrasher Banquer; granddaughter, Cheyenne Taylor Tucker; nephews, Todd and Larry Jr. and niece, Lillian. Survivors include his parents, Cleo Dickson Banquer and Israel “Tookie” Banquer; sisters and brothers, Catherine B. Vicknair (Tony), Larry J. Banquer Sr. (Stephanie), Michael F. Banquer (Sandra) and Christy B. Boudreaux (Ronnie) along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Richard had a great love for his music and Harleys. He especially loved his family and friends with all of his heart. His family would like to thank a special friend of Richard that has stood by his side for 30 years, Osco. He has many friends coming from near and far in Celebration of his Life.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 11 AM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will take place on Thursday from 6 PM to 10 PM, resuming on Friday from 8 AM to 11 AM.
