Raleen "Shadow" White

Raleen ‘Shadow’ Venus White passed away surrounded by family after her battle with cancer on July 31, 2026.

Shadow was born on May 7, 1975, in New Orleans to Ronald Albert White and Joleen ‘Kitty’ Dennise Leilani Kakazu.

Shadow was a wild child with a heart of gold. She always let the good times roll, literally. She was on two wheels more than anything, riding her Harley nationally for countless miles. She rode out to Sturgis multiple times, and loved riding with family and friends far and wide.

She was an avid music enthusiast, who saw many legendary shows. She loved to cook and she never showed up empty handed and always with a smile on her face. She had a soft spot for all feline friends, and a long love of pandas, even getting to meet some. She had a passion for foxes and a collection of butterflies whose wings she surrounded herself with.

Shadow loved hard and was a ride or die. She poured love into everyone she cared for and those who felt it were stronger for it.

Her greatest love and accomplishment were her children who gave her endless strength and pride. She leaves a legacy of love to Sophia Mae White and Joseph James Richard who will always be cared for by their mother.

Shadow is also survived by her father Ronald Albert White, her brother Ronald Joseph Biancaniello, and a full family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and her favorite cousin Salóne. As well as plentiful friends including Jason Leonard. She was preceded in death by her beloved sister Serena Mae White, her cousin Mark Leo Mediamolle II, her grandparents Doris ‘Dottie’ White and James Louis White, her mother Joleen ‘Kitty’ Dennise Leilani Kakazu, and stepfather Jack Miller.

May we all remember to rock hard and love harder as we live on with Shadow’s memory.
