Peter Floyd “Pete” Dunn, age 55 entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 10, 2014. Beloved husband of Muriel Matherne “Micki” Dunn for 17 years. Son of the late Wilma Fuentes and Robert Dunn. Step-Father of Horace Paul Plaisance, Julia Cothron, Julie Plaisance, Kim Roberts and Martha Street. Survived by 15 step grandchildren, 15 step great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Brother of Vicky Danna, Susan Guth, Diane Pursell, Jimmy Dunn and Michael Dunn. Pete was born in New York and resided in Avondale, LA for the past 16 years. He served his country while enlisted in the United States Air Force. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 from 6PM until 11PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11AM until 1PM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 1PM. Interment will be in Restlawn Park Cemetery, Avondale, LA.
