Penny Ann Raffray Sampey peacefully entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at the age of 54. Loving and devoted mother of Dana Sampey Rivarde (Gene). Loving grandmother of Blair Watts and Bailey Rivarde. Beloved companion of Perry Sumner. Beloved daughter-in-law of Shirley Ely. Daughter of the late Robert Raffray and Lois Arceneaux Raffray. Penny was employed for Laitram for many years. She was born in Marrero and resided in Westwego. She was a member of the Westwego Ladies Auxiliary. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 9AM until 1PM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 1PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
