Peggy Joyce McBride

Peggy Joyce McBride passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Edward A. McBride. Mother of Sissy McBride, Lisa M. Chalaire and the late Sonny McBride and Jimbo McBride. Daughter of the late James and Edna Rasco. Sister of the late Brenda Fitzgerald, and James Rasco. Grandmother of Sunni, Justin, Joshua, Jessica, Jamie, Lonie and Lacie. Also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was a devoted member of the First Baptist church of Belle Chasse. She was forever dedicated to both her family and her church family and friends. She was well loved and will be deeply missed by us all. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at the First Baptist Church of Belle Chasse, 8828 LA 23, Belle Chasse, LA on Friday, August 11, 2023 at 11am. Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Thursday evening from 7pm until 11pm. Interment, Greenwood Memorial Park Cemetery, Pineville, LA on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
