Paul Henry Michel

Paul Henry Michel passed away at his residence on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Diane Prejean Michel for 52 years. Son of the late Claude Thomas Michel and Selina Pitre Michel. Father of Angele McNally, Darren Michel and Christy DeCuir (Andy). Grandfather of Sarah McNally, Tyler McNally, Brandon McNally, Liam McNally, Gavin McNally, Hope DeCuir and Paige Decuir. Great Grandfather of Abigail McNally and Londyn Hindman. Brother of Claude T. Michel, Jr. and Johnny Michel. Paul is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was a lifelong resident of Algiers, LA. He worked for J. Ray McDermott as a Marine Equipment Coordinator and Surveyor over 30 years. Paul was one in a million. He was a terrific husband and a great dad and pawpaw to all his children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. Family and friends are invited to attend the memorial visitation at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, 400 Verret Street, Algiers, LA on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 9:30AM until 11AM. A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church on Monday at 11AM. Interment will be held privately at a later date. MOTHE FUNERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements.
