Pamela Florence (Boulas) Louviere, born May 31, 1954, in New Orleans, LA, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the age of 71, surrounded by the love of her family. Pamela brought joy, warmth, and strength to everyone who knew her, making her home in Marrero, LA, with her devoted husband, Randy Raymond Louviere, with whom she shared a beautiful life for 37 cherished years.
Pamela was the beloved daughter of the late Earl Ralph Boulas Sr. and the late Anna Mea (Gauthreaux) Boulas. She was a loving and proud mother to Barry Joseph Blanchard, Jr. (Raquel Esperanza Nin Blanchard) and the late Officer First Class Michael David Louviere (Ashley Nicole Louviere). Her grandchildren, Raquel Esmeralda Nunez, Kinley Nicole Louviere, and Elijah Ray Louviere, as well as her adopted grandchildren River, Tatum, Landyn, Layetyn, Braxtyn, and Levi, were the light of her life, and each brought her endless happiness.
Her loving nature extended to her siblings: Mitchell Joseph Boulas (Robin), Michael Bernard Boulas (Larry), and the memory of her late brothers Earl “Bubby” Ralph Boulas, Jr. (Deborah), Floyd Francis Boulas (Susan and the late Paulette), Brian Paul Boulas (Cindy and the late Renee), David Lee Boulas (Karen), and Alvin Matthew Boulas (the late Rose). Pamela’s heart was open to her many nieces and nephews, who will always remember her fondly: Troy Anthony Boulas, Amy Boulas Fazende, Andriella Marie Boulas, Jonathan Francis (Boulas) Ulsh, Brian Paul Boulas Jr., Candice Blake (Boulas) Johnson, Andy Lee Boulas, Jackie Marie Boulas, Angele Marie Louviere, Allen Charles Louviere III (Lauren), Lisa Marie (Louviere) Peters (Keith), and great nieces and nephews, Ally Grace Boulas, Christen Marie Fazende, Cayla Marie Almaaita, Piper Lee Mendez, Joshua Edward Peters, and Isabella Marie Peters.
A devoted member of Christian Fellowship Church, Pamela faithfully led the Celebrate Recovery Program for 11 years, touching many lives with her compassion and encouragement. She enjoyed working as a legal secretary and later embraced her role as a full-time homemaker, where her creativity flourished—especially through her love of crafts. Above all, Pamela treasured every moment spent with her family, which was her greatest source of joy.
