Oliver "Ollie" Tran

Oliver “Ollie” Quang Tran received his wings and was called into the Kingdom of Heaven on Friday, May 24th, 2024, peacefully at his home. He was born on December 12th, 2010, as one of God’s special Angels. God knew that Ollie required and needed unconditional love and was blessed with two compassionate, devoted and loving parents: Hanh Tran and Kim Bui. Through their love and unwavering commitment, they brought immense joy to Ollie's life. Despite the challenges and difficulties that came with parenting a special needs child, his journey in life was full of adventures. Ollie was a Disney obsessed fan and he always enjoyed spending time with his family. He would light up every room with his infectious laughter and smile and was loved by many.  Oliver, being one of five siblings, is preceded in death by his sister Grace and also his paternal grandparents. He is survived by his parents, Hanh Tran and Kim Bui and brothers, Caleb, Noah, and Chase. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024 from 12PM-5PM at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, Louisiana. A Mass will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 6PM at Assumption of Mary Church, 172 Andre Dung Lac Drive, Avondale, Louisiana. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 10AM at Assumption of Mary Church.
