Mirian "Estrey" Campos

Mirian “Estrey” Campos entered eternal rest on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the age of 70 surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer. She was born on December 30,1955 in Asunción Mita, Guatemala to Guillermo & Rosita Arriola. She is survived by her husband of 47 years Cesar Campos. Loving and devoted mother to Monica (Bryan) Campos Fazande & Karla (Amanda) Campos. Nurturing and caring grandmother to Destiny Fazande, Dominic Campos, Gaby Fazande & Grace Fazande. Loyal and supportive sister to Mima (Orlando) Davila, Fernando (Mari) Arriola, Flori (Roland) Landry and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Mirian Campos worked at Pan American Life Insurance as well as Kranz. She enjoyed shopping and family vacations, but her favorite pastime was undoubtedly spoiling her grandkids.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, La 70072 on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 1:30pm. Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until 1:30pm. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park, Gretna, LA.
