Mildred G. Fairleigh

Mildred G. Fairleigh passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Raymond J. "Coon" Fairleigh, Jr. Mother of Cora Ann Gee, Linda Thomas, Walter Harris and the late William McCool. Grandmother of Robert Davis, Eddie Davis, Christy Langdon and three other grandchildren. Also survived by 10 great grandchildren and her dear Friend and Neighbor, Freddy Maxwell. She was preceded in death by her beloved feline companion, Midnight. She loved gardening and fishing and was a member of the Terrytown Golden Age Club (Thetus). She was a resident of Gretna, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also members of the Terrytown Golden Age Club are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 11am. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10am until 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the SPCA in Algiers, LA.
