Michael Anthony Badalamenti, Sr.

Michael Anthony Badalamenti, Sr. passed away on July 31, 2026 at the age of 78 years. He married his high school sweetheart, Patricia Delatte Badalamenti, on Halloween, 1968 and was married 54 years at the time of her passing in 2022. Father of Danielle Badalamenti Navarro and the late Michael Anthony Badalamenti, Jr. Grandfather of Dustin Paul Dugas (Sierra) and Zoe Elena Navarro. Great-grandfather of Wayne Dugas and Daisy Dugas. Brother of Tina Stewart (Kenneth) and the late Louis Michael Badalamenti. Son of the late Gladys Lucas Badalamenti and Michael Carlo Badalamenti. Also survived by other loving relative and friends.

Michael was a lifelong resident of Plaquemines Parish, LA and spent his career as a diesel mechanic for Stewart & Stevenson with a specialty in modifications. He had many happy years enjoying hobbies such as bass fishing, hunting, camping, knife sharpening, and perfecting his BBQ and fish frying skills. His favorite place in the world was his shed and patio where he made fond memories with neighbors, friends, and family enjoying each other’s company.

Michael chose not to have a service. A private family memorial took place on August 7, 2026.
