Mellisa “Missy” Couvillion Dassau passed away at her residence on October 25, 2025 at the age of 48. Beloved wife of John L. Dassau. Loving daughter of Allan Couvillion and the late Sandra Chevalier Couvillion. Sister of Nicole Couvillion. Also survived by her feline companion, Possum along with other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Monday, November 3, 2025 from 10 AM to 1 PM. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Restlawn Park Cemetery in Avondale, LA.
