Maurice "Chip" Emil Anderson II

Maurice "Chip" Emil Anderson II entered into eternal rest on December 23, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Belver Roger Anderson. Father of Stacy Anderson and M. "Andy" Anderson III (Tina). Grandfather of Ashley Poole (David), Kady Cooley (Joseph), Heidi Welch, and Marissa Martinez. Great-grandfather of Rayne, Alexander, Dashiel, Ryker, and Elijah. Son of the late Neloise Rarey Anderson and Maurice Anderson. Brother of Gerald Anderson (Tammy). Age 86 years and a lifelong resident of the Westbank. Chip graduated from West Jefferson High School and received his Bachelor of Science from University of Southwestern Louisiana. He was the owner of Del Gulf Supply Company until retirement and a proud member and officer of many local civic organizations. He will be deeply missed by all. 

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 11 AM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be held from 9 AM until funeral time.
