Amidst God’s grace, Marilyn Loar Serpas passed away peacefully on October 13, 2023; her 86th birthday.
She was the beloved wife of the late Rogers R. Serpas Sr.
She is survived by her two children, Rogers R. Serpas Jr. (Barbara) and Kent M. Serpas (Michelle) along with three grandchildren, Andrew Rogers Serpas (Elizabeth), Riley Ann Serpas, Stratton Michael Serpas and four great grandchildren, Mila Serpas, Aliana Serpas, Marilyn “Marli” Serpas, Remi Serpas.
Marilyn was the daughter of the late Clarence Henry Loar Sr. and Lucille Babin Loar. Marilyn was the sister of the late Clarence H. Loar Jr., Paul Loar and Carolyn Loar Maronge.
