Marie Thibodeaux Sevin entered into eternal rest on Sunday September 24, 2023 surrouned by her loving family. Beloved wife  to the love of her life the late Norman Sevin. Loving and caring  Mother of Bonnie Bourg Adams (Ted), Jerry Bourg, Jr. (Margaret), Vance Bourg, Chad Bourg, Derick Bourg, Sr. (Sherry), Melanie Bourg Erlinger (Carroll), and Troy Sevin, Sr.  and the late Glen Sevin.
 Adoring grandmother to Brad Hughes, Sr., Shane Hughes, Dale Bourg, Misty Dickerson (Les), Joey Bourg (Kaela), Krystyn Bourg, Kayla Bourg, Ashton Bourg, Brandy Bourg, Chad Bourg, Jr. (Victoria), Derick Bourg, Jr., Ryan Bourg (Sara), Devin Erlinger (Miranda), Skyler Erlinger (Antonio), Troy Sevin, Jr., Britney Sevin (Haley), and Courtney Sevin Nelson (Bobby).                          Loving Great-Grandmother  to Shaine Hughes, Zackary Hughes, Zoey Hughes, Brad Hughes, Jr., Maddie Bourg, Lily Bourg, Alyssa Bourg, Seth Dickerson, Ian Dickerson, Bella Zeringue, Brielle Zeringue, Chad Bourg, III, Alyssa Sevin, and Carter Nelson.
Daughter of the late Denis Thibodeaux and Corine Fremin Thibodeaux. Sister of Marion Cortez, Ronald Thibodeaux, Michael Thibodeaux, Laurie Ohmer, and the late Gerald Thibodeaux, Lenward Thibodeaux, Dolores Autin, Warner Thibodeaux, Jackie Spera, and Connie Busbey.                                          She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews who all thought the world of her. We would like to thank everyone that helped us care for our dear sweet mom. Thanks to Heart of Hospice, Bridgette and Dr. Joplin. She truly loved when you visited with her. Everyone who met our mom was treated like a family member. She was always the life of the party, always cracking jokes and making everyone feel welcomed.   Our family would like to invite everyone to celebrate her life at the Memorial Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 1 PM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Memorial Visitation will be held from 9 AM until mass time.
