Manuel Henry Alimia, Jr.

Manuel H. Alimia, Jr. passed away on January 26, 2026 at the age of 80.

Manuel was the beloved husband of the late Karla G. Alimia; loving father of Manuel H. Alimia III (Christena), Shawn Alimia, and the late Angie Alimia; grandfather of Jace, Da’Von, Lee, Brayden, and Jayden; brother of the late George Alimia and the late Phil Alimia; son of the late Manuel H. Alimia, Sr., John Duhon, and Daisey Duhon; uncle to many nieces and nephews; and dear friend to many.

Manuel was a man of many talents – mechanic by trade and the best father-husband-uncle that anyone could ask for. If you needed help, he was always there. He will be truly missed.

Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 9am to 11am, followed by a Funeral Service at 11am, and interment thereafter at Westlawn Memorial Park.
