Malvina Dubois Benoit passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Junius Joseph Benoit for 52 years. Companion of Leroy Fontenot for 13 years. Mother of Cheryl Morvant (the late Artney) (fiance, Steve Broussard), Rickie J. Benoit (Robin), Marlene Babin (the late Nickey) (finace, Michael Bertolet), Karen Caulfield (Lionel), Pamela Danos (Timothy), Chris Benoit (Daphnie) and Yvonne Laurant (Ralph). Daughter of the late Odeila LeBlanc Dubois and Amelian Dubois. Sister of the late Agatha Pennison, Agnes Hebert, Felice Bourgeois, Ernest Dubois, A.J. Dubois, and Percy Dubois. Also survived by 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. She loved cooking and spending time with her family, especially at Disney World. She loved her friends and all people. She was a native of Donner, LA and a lifelong resident of Westwego, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 1pm.
