Mabel Lilly

Mabel Lilly, age 88, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 21, 2017. A resident of Gretna, she was preceded in death by her son, Rickey Adams; parents, Ambrose and Laurine Lilly; sister, Hazel Archibald. She is survived by numerous cousins, other family and friends, especially her long-time friend, Nidia Rodriguez. She enjoyed many things in life, but her passion was dancing and now she is dancing in heaven with the angels. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, August 26, 2017 beginning at 9:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in the Chapel at 11:00 AM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Gretna.
