Louis E. Olivier, Sr. passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Marcelle Thibeaux Olivier. Loving father of Louis Olivier, Jr. (Sharon) and Kenneth Olivier (Julie). Grandfather of Timothy Olivier, Meghan Olivier Gothro (Andy), Lauren Tilden (Grey), Michael Barre’ (Jackie), Bonnie M. Olivier, Justin R. Olivier and Adam M. Olivier. Great grandfather of Emme and Bennett Tilden. Predeceased by 4 siblings and parents, the late Lydia Merritt and William M. Olivier. Age, 87 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA for many years. Mr. Olivier was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He loved to fish and do handiwork for friends and family.
