Linda Lou Kass

Linda Lou Kass, born in New Orleans, LA, on June 17, 1950, entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at the age of 75.

She was the daughter of the late Newman Joseph Kass (Mickey), and the late Lena Shano Kass. Loving sister of Cindy Kass. Aunt of Louie Joseph Blanchard, Jr., and Godmother of Tia Angele Blanchard Raines (Brandon). Great-Aunt of Braylon, Brody, and Brantley Raines.

She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, raised in Gretna, LA, and has resided in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for the last 20 years. She enjoyed her animals, journaling, and latch hook. Known for her kindness and the gift of gab.

Her graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 10 AM at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 1255 Whitney Ave, Gretna, LA.
