Leslie P. Brooks, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Gail Boudreaux Brooks. Father of Leslie P. Brooks, III. (Dooki-Lyn), Stanley J. Brooks (Kim), and the late Melanie A. Brooks. Grandfather of Samantha L. Brooks and Shelby M. Brooks. Son of the late Leslie P. Brooks, Sr. and Mable Aucoin Brooks. Brother of Beverly Brooks Higginbotham (Fred). Leslie retired from Mechanical Construction Company and was a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local #60 for over 50 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Gretna, LA for the past 47 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend Mass in the Chapel at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 11:00 am.
