Leona Jeandron Plaisance

Leona Jeandron Plaisance passed away peacefully on January 1, 2017 at the age of 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Earl Bennie Plaisance. Mother of Earl B. Plaisance (Rita), George Plaisance (Christina), Claudia P. Munn (David) and the late Thomas James Plaisance. Sister of the late Louis, Anas, Ellis, Richard and Simeon Jeandron, Marie Touro, Sophie Boudreux and Stella LaCour. Daughter of the late Leon Jeandron and Regina Picou Jeandron. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren along with other loving relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, January 7, 2017 from 9 AM to 11 AM. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
