Kirk Patrick Musselman

Kirk Patrick Musselman of Harvey, Louisiana, born on June 19, 1945, left this world on March 8, 2026. Kirk was married to Dorothy Walsh Musselman for 26 years and prior to that was married to Kathrynn Welch. He had three loving children: Aimee Bray (Greg); Todd Musselman; and Danielle Musselman. They blessed him with five loving grandchildren and four wonderful great-grandchildren. Kirk was also a loving step-father to Bill Caffy, Craig Caffy and Jennifer (Caffy) Dacus (Joe). These three blessed him with four more grandchildren and two more great-grandchildren.

Kirk was a faithful member of the Church of Christ all of his life and most recently attended the Belle Chasse Church of Christ. He was employed by J.C. Penney for 38 years. After retirement, he was well known for playing Santa and bringing laughter and joy to all those around him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vera and Charles Musselman, and six siblings: Ruth, James, Esther, Daniel, Russell, and Ross.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana on Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 9am to 11am. Memorial services will follow.
