Karla Guidry Alimia

Karla Guidry Alimia passed away on July 12, 2023 at the age of 73. Beloved wife of Manuel Alimia Jr. Loving mother of the Manuel Alimia III (Christina), Shawn Alimia, the late Angie Alimia, also Tommy, Monique, and Dominique. Grandmother of Jace, DaVon, Lee, Jayden, and Brayden. Sister of Clinton Guidry Jr., Brent Guidry, and Katherine Areas (Chris). Daughter of the late Ethel Rose Thibodeaux Guidry and Clinton P.  Guidry Sr. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Karla was a talented florist and worked for the former Marrero Florist. She also enjoyed trawling and spending time with her family. She will be sadly missed.

Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard in Marrero, LA on Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 9am to 1:30pm. A Funeral Mass will follow. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
