Some people have a special gift for making the world a little brighter, a little kinder, and a little more beautiful. Julie Moore Panebiango was one of those people. Julie had an unmistakable sense of style, a generous heart, and a gentle, peaceful presence that made people feel welcome and loved. She found joy in life's everyday moments and had a wonderful way of making others feel special. She noticed the good in people, celebrated their gifts, and genuinely delighted in their happiness and accomplishments. To know Julie was to experience a kindness that came straight from the heart.
Julie and her beloved husband, Carl Panebiango, met on Valentine’s Day in 1999 and shared an extraordinary love. Their devotion to one another was beautiful to witness, and their marriage was rooted in a deep faith in God. Their church, White Dove Fellowship in Harvey, was an important part of their lives, and they lovingly supported its ministry and community.
Julie was a loving, devoted, and proud mother to her two wonderful daughters, Megan Lorinn Hebert and Morgan Elizabeth Hebert. Her family brought her tremendous happiness, and the love she shared with those closest to her was among the greatest blessings of her life.
A graduate of Immaculata High School in 1978, Julie developed a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and nutrition. She loved learning about the human body and sharing that knowledge with others, always encouraging people to live healthier, happier lives. Helping others to become their best selves was simply part of who she was.
Julie is survived by her beloved husband, Carl Panebiango; her daughters, Megan Hebert and Morgan Hebert; her mother, Mary S. Bosch; and her brothers, Keith R. Moore (Mary), Michael A. Bosch (Tracy), and Eric E. Bosch (Catalina). She also leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends, and her much loved fur babies, Ollie and Chi.
She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene E. Bosch, and her brothers, John E. Bosch and Glenn P. Moore.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Marcia Lightell and Dr. Terri Ditta, whose extraordinary kindness, care, and devotion were blessings in Julie's life.
Julie will be deeply missed. We will miss her calm and peaceful spirit, her bubbly personality, her fashionable style, and the countless ways she made people feel loved. But alongside our sadness is tremendous gratitude for the joy she brought into this world and the love she shared so freely. Knowing Julie, we cannot help but smile at the thought that heaven has welcomed a beautiful soul with open arms, and perhaps a new fitness and nutrition coach as well. We know that before the day is done and no matter what the day had brought, Julie would still say it’s THE BEST DAY EVER!
