Joseph Francis Treuil

Joseph Francis Treuil passed away January 16, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Lucille Emma Daly Treuil. Father of Marie Wade (the late John), Sally Staiger (the late Bill), John Treuil, Steve Treuil (Jeanne), Michael Treuil (Magdalen), Elizabeth Cotter, and Danny Treuil (Tasha). Grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 20. Son of the late John Treuil and Emma Kinsinger Treuil. Brother of the late Edward Treuil, Mary Lee Arendt, and Elbess Landry. Special thanks to caregiver Chris Aaron. Age 97 years and lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA. He was an avid sports fisherman and hunter, and also enjoyed gardening. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Memorial Service at St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 3101 Eton St., Algiers, LA on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 11 AM.
