John Lee St. Ann, born on Thursday, February 22, 1968, to Willie Mae Gartoucies St. Ann and the late Finley John St. Ann, entered into spiritual rest on Friday, March 31, 2023.
John was a devoted husband to the love of his life, Nadine Creppel St. Ann for 36 wonderful years. He was a loving father to his princess, Vanity St. Ann Riley. He was a proud husband and father, but his favorite title was “Pop”, which he was called by his grandbabies, Daejawn, Rayna, and Ahnesty.
John was a skilled crane operator for many years. When he retired, his time was spent enjoying time with his wife, family and friends, cutting grass, playing with his grandkids, patrolling the Buras River Road, hanging out with his cousin, Elmer Peoples and his friend, Albert Ragas. One of John’s greatest joys was coaching his grandson, Daejawn’s travel baseball team, the Plaquemines Parish Mets.
