Joanne "Jojo" Pollet

JoAnne “JoJo” Pollet, 58, lifelong resident of Harvey, LA passed peacefully to the other side on November 20, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. JoAnne was a retired admisistrator at Jefferson Parish Streets Department of 33 years. JoAnne was a best friend to a few and a dear friend to many. She loved family, music, pets, sports. JoJo was adventurous, outgoing, loved traveling, never met a stranger and lived for the day. Her unconditional love shown to anyone she interacted with.
Preceded in death by her loving Father, Morris “Joe” Pollet and loving Mother Ida Mae Pollet. Survived by her loving partner of 19 years Larry M. Wallace, her Brother Keith P. Pollet, Sr, nephews (Godson) Keith P. Pollet, Jr. (Stephanie), Tyler A. Pollet (both of whom both were light of her eyes), sister-in-law Robin F. Pollet , Goddaughter Emilie Holmes, Goddaughter Samantha L. Garret (Ryan), fur babies Peja, Aggie and Jovi, many cousins and countless friends.
Celebration of life for a one of a kind soul will be held soon (memorial date and time will be posted when available). Come celebrate her life, relive precious memories and gather together as only she wanted. Fly high and rest in peace, knowing you will always be remembered, never forgotten with our love. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local animal care facility in her name.
