Jean Valentino Ocman

Jean Ann Valentino Ocman, age 81, passed away on October 30, 2022. Loving wife of the late Clayton Francis Ocman for 61 years. Mother of Michael Jude Ocman (Brandy) and Lisa Ocman Robertson. Grandmother of Dillan, Mikayla, and Kenzie Robertson; Hayden Cameron, and Colin Ocman; and the late Michael Jr. and the late Matthew Ocman. Great-grandmother of Vivia Valentine Steib. Jean was born on April 3, 1941 to the late John Paul Valentino and the late Anne Massey Valentino. Jean lived her life treating people the way she wanted to be treated. She loved funny movies and a good joke, Her proudest moments were her children and grandchildren. She loved her family very much. She loved the rosary and wanted to be remembered for putting others before herself. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial funeral mass at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 3101 Eton St., in New Orleans, LA on Thursday November 10, 2022 at 11AM. Visitation will begin at 9AM. Interment will follow immediately at Westlawn Memorial Park, 1225 Whitney Ave., in Gretna.
