Jay Anthony Adam entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 20, 2025. Beloved son of Terrie Deville Hebert, Gary John Hebert and the late Otis "Jay" Adam, Jr.  Loving brother of Kaylee Ann Hebert and Godson of Mandy Eschete Deville and the late Troy Williams.  

Relatives of the Hebert Family, Relatives of the Deville Family and Relatives of the Adam Family as well as Friends are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, Louisiana on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 12PM until 2PM.  A Memorial Mass will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 2PM.  A private burial will take place at a later date.  The family invites you to share thoughts, fond memories and condolences at www.mothefunerals.com.
