Jasmyn Violette Creppel

Jasmyn Violette Creppel, 21, entered her peaceful slumber on Sunday, May 14, 2023 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Born on October 20, 2001, at Meadowcrest Hospital, Gretna, Louisiana, Jasmyn led her life boldly, courageously and lovingly. She graduated from University View Academy and aspired to become a NICU nurse. The world was a more beautiful place because of her presence and her creative, intelligent mind was a gift for all those who bore witness to it. 

She loved art, most notably to draw, music, and spending time with family and friends. Her family will miss her contagious laugh and her inventive mind.

She is survived by her parents: Eunice and Wayne Weckesser, her sisters: Leallian Weckesser and Kearstyn Creppel, her brother: Wayne Weckesser, and a myriad of other family members that will miss her dearly.
