Janice Kalczynski

Janice Kalczynski was born in Boston, Massachusetts on August 31, 1946.

Janice was a nurse for over 40 years, receiving her BSN from University of Portland and a master's in nursing Administration from LSU New Orleans, graduating with honors from both institutions. Janice was honored by the Great 100 Nurses Foundation being voted as one of the top 100 Nurses. Janice's greatest love in her life was her standard schnauzers. A lifelong member with Deep South Obedience Training Club and Riverside West Kennel Club.

Janice is survived by her siblings Paula Kalczynski Present and Mark Joseph Kalczynski.

Graveside services will be on Thursday July 23, 2026 @ 11 am at Restlawn Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, 3540 US-90, Avondale, LA.
