Janet Virginia Stock Tullier

Janet Virginia Stock Tullier, beloved wife of the late Gerald Joseph Tullier and loving mother passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017 after 88 years of life. Her belief in her God aided her in returning peacefully to her Creator. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence A. and Marguerite D. Stock and sister of the late Elodie Hutchins, Lawrence Stock, Elward Stock, and Gilbert Stock. Lifelong resident of New Orleans, she was blessed with a large and loving family of ten children survived by Susan Tullier, Debra Martin (Pat), Linne Tullier (deceased), Kim Tullier (Karen), Darlene Chanove (Conrad), Gerald Tullier (Tara), Joan Tullier, Michael Tullier (Terri), Nanette Johnson (John) and Gregory Tullier. She is survived by 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, April 18th, 2017 at ST. RITA’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2729 Lowerline St., New Orleans, LA 70125 from 10:00a.m. – 12:00 p.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will commence immediately after the Mass at Metairie Lake Lawn Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124.
